This is a four (4) year course with option for exemptions for those with a prior Diploma in Medical Radiography. The Bachelor’s Degree course equips students with knowledge and skills for performing radiography of the whole human body. Students in addition learn to apply other imaging modalities namely ultrasound, Computer tomography (CT), MRI, Mammography and Nuclear medicine in investigating disease. Health management and research methodology are also taught.

These medical technicians are able to work hand in hand with the doctor in management of the patient.

Admission Requirements.

Direct Entrants need a minimum of 2 principle passes in Physics and Biology at senior six.

Post basic students must have a diploma in radiography or its equivalent.
